We tackled the attic mold remediation by first sealing off the area with plastic sheeting to prevent spores from spreading. Using a HEPA vacuum and fungicidal spray, we carefully treated the old wooden beams and plywood subfloor. It took several passes to get all the white and black patches, but now the space smells clean and feels safe to use for storage again.
