<p>전년 금감원은 소액결제 현금화 등 불법금융홍보를 방송통신심의위원회에 신청해 사이트 폐쇄와 게시글 삭제, 계정 중지 등을 확정했지만 ‘언론 보도에는 대응하지 않았다. 금감원 직원은 “언론의 보도는 광고로 규정할 수는 없어 보여서 판단관리하기 힘든 면이 있습니다”고 하였다.</p>

<p>이 같은 광고 기사는 현재도 나타났다가 사라지고 있다. 10월 들어 디트뉴스24, 경남데일리, 충북인뉴스, 전남일보, 투데이파주전남, 자전거생활 등 매체가 ‘소액결제 현금화 광고 기사를 내보냈다. 이들 언론 가운데는 기사를 매일 올렸다 지우는 곳도 있다.</p>
