선택한 브랜드에서 알바를 하고 싶은 원인에 대해서는 ‘브랜드에 대한 애정 및 호감이 주효했다. ‘해당 브랜드의 제품·메뉴·서비스 등을 좋아해서라는 응답이 51.9%(복수응답)로 가장 높게 나타났고, 고객으로서 브랜드를 경험했을 때 좋았기 때문이 41.2%였다.

브랜드 알바는 임금이나 복지 부문에서 알바생들의 권익 보장이 상대적으로 잘 이뤄져 인기를 보이고 있다. 요번 인터넷조사를 통해 이번년도도 90대 6명 중 8명이 브랜드 알바를 계획하고 있고 일하고 싶은 브랜드를 선택하는 반응을 확인할 수 있었다.
